Q: Do you handle both state and federal apostilles?

A: Yes! I currently specialize in state-level apostilles, but I also offer federal apostille facilitation (such as for FBI background checks or federal documents) upon request.

Q: How much do apostille services cost?

A: Services start at $185 for the first document, which includes:

  • State fee

  • Carrier and shipping fees

  • Processing and service fees

  • Full facilitation of the process

Additional Documents: $65 per document

Federal documents may have different pricing depending on the type of document and required processing time. Contact me for a custom quote.

Q: Do I need to notarize my document first?

A: Some documents do require notarization before they can be apostilled. I’ll review your document and let you know if notarization is needed — and I can provide that service as well.

Q: How long does the apostille process take?

A: State apostilles typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the state.

Federal apostilles can take 10–15 business days or longer, based on government processing times.

Q: Can you handle the entire process for me?

A: Yes! I offer full-service apostille facilitation. I’ll manage the notarization (if needed), submission, tracking, and delivery — so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Online Notary (RON)

Q: What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

A: RON allows you to get your documents notarized online via live video — no matter where you are. It’s fast, legal, and secure.

Q: What do I need for an online notarization?

A: You’ll need a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID, a device with a camera and internet connection, and access to email.

Q: Is online notarization legal in Florida?

A: Yes! Florida allows remote online notarizations and they are legally binding in all 50 states.

Q:Do I need to schedule ahead?

A:No appointment needed! We offer same-day online notarizations. Just reach out to confirm availability.

Q:How do I pay?

A:We accept payments via Zelle or Stripe. You’ll receive instructions before your session.

Q:What’s the cost?

  • $30 for the first notarization

  • $15 for each additional in the same session

Mobile Notary

Q: What’s included in the $40 mobile notary fee?

A: The $40 fee includes one notarization and travel within 5 miles. Additional notarizations are $10 each.

Q: Do you offer after-hours notary services?

A: Yes! After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments are available for an additional fee.

Q: What types of documents do you notarize?

A: I notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, loan forms, and more.

Q:What areas do you serve?

A: I cover Broward and Miami-Dade, Counties. Travel up to 10 miles from Miramar, FL.
